By creating an account or using any Vaulte services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
To use Vaulte services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Not be a resident of a country subject to international sanctions • Complete our identity verification (KYC) process successfully • Not have had a previous Vaulte account terminated for violations By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately at security@vaulte.com if you suspect unauthorized access • Keeping your contact information up to date • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction You may not share your account credentials or allow another person to access your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
You agree to use Vaulte services only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Use our services for money laundering, fraud, or financing illegal activities • Attempt to circumvent our security measures or fraud detection systems • Engage in transactions that violate sanctions laws or regulations • Use automated tools to access our platform without authorization • Impersonate any person or entity • Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
Our current fee schedule is available on our website and within the app. Key points: • Transfers between Vaulte accounts: Free • International bank transfers: Fees vary by destination (shown before you confirm) • Currency exchange: We use the real exchange rate with a small margin disclosed at time of transaction • ATM withdrawals: Free up to the monthly limit, then a small fee applies • Card replacement: Fee applies for lost/stolen cards (first replacement free per year) We will notify you at least 30 days before implementing new fees or increasing existing ones.
Vaulte applies transaction limits for security and regulatory compliance: • Standard verified accounts: $10,000/day transfer limit • Enhanced verified accounts: Higher limits available upon request • Newly registered accounts: Lower limits apply during the initial verification period We reserve the right to adjust limits based on account activity, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements. You may request a limit increase by contacting our support team.
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time: • You may close your account by contacting support or through account settings (subject to no pending transactions) • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law Upon termination, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance. Funds not claimed within 6 months of termination may be subject to applicable unclaimed property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaulte shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure credentials • Service interruptions due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control • Third-party actions or failures Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
